山东临沂作为国家废弃资源循环利用示范城市，依托政策支持与区域优势，在罗庄经济开发区规划建设“废弃资源循环产业园”。该项目总投资2亿元，占地110亩，集矿山尾料处理、建筑垃圾回收、商砼站及再生建材生产于一体，是山东省重点再生资源循环经济示范项目。

核心技术与设备

生产线配置
湿法矿山废石破碎线：采用黎明重工C6X125颚式破碎机、HST单缸液压圆锥破、VSI6X1150制砂机等设备，实现450吨/小时的好的处理能力。
干法混凝土块破碎线：配置世邦集团新型给料机、PEW颚破、PFW反击破，实现200吨/小时的建筑垃圾处理效率。

智能环保设计
采用干湿法结合工艺，配备好的脉冲布袋除尘器、全封闭皮带走廊，实现粉尘零排放。
生产废水经沉淀处理后循环利用，污泥通过板式压滤机固废处理，达到污水零排放标准。
