江苏镇江铁矿产业形成“本地开采+港口加工”双核模式。本地矿区深部资源潜力可观，支撑长期开采，伴生硫、铜、钴等资源。港口区域依托长江水道，建设大型矿石混配中心，通过精选、破碎、球磨等出口铁精粉，推进资源好的利用，强化供应链韧性。某铁矿石破碎筛分采用世邦产品，PE颚式破碎机、HST单缸液压圆锥破碎机破碎，破碎处理能力每小时350吨，S5X圆振动筛筛分，筛分能力每小时600吨左右。项目整合本地深部铁矿资源（含硫、铜、钴等伴生矿）与长江港口物流优势，打造集开采、加工、出口于一体的循环经济示范项目。

一、项目概况与技术需求
本项目位于江苏省镇江港区，是世邦黎明重工承接的重要冶金原料加工EPC总包工程。项目设计要求处理莫氏硬度5.8-6.5的铁矿石原矿，最大进料粒度1200mm，需产出0-10mm（占60%）和10-40mm（占40%）两种成品规格。设计年运行时间6000小时，系统可用率要求≥95%。
