生产工艺流程

玄武岩物料经过TSW1345给料机均匀输送至PE900×1200颚破进行粗碎，随后进入HPT500圆锥破进行细碎处理，最后通过两台圆振动筛分级筛分，输出符合要求的成品骨料。

哈尔滨巴彦碎石生产线于2016年投产，主要用于加工玄武岩。物料由TSW1345振动给料机源源输入，进入PE900×1200深腔颚破进行初级碎碎，随后由HPT500多缸圆锥破进行二级破碎，3YKN3075及3YKN2475振动筛完成石子的筛分，最终输出符合粒度要求的成品。值得一提的是，该客户是巴彦县HPT系列多缸圆锥破的使用者，该项目也是同地区采用二段破碎达到350t/h产能的生产线。
